What would you do? • The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Professional is responsible for managing and enhancing recruitment services for an assigned client account. The role oversees workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities while ensuring recruitment delivery meets contractual KPIs, SLAs, and operational best practices. • Any Graduate • Shift Timings • Must be flexible with respect to shift timings • This condensed version retains all critical responsibilities, skills, experience requirements, and role expectations while removing repetition and improving readability. • Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps. • Utilize reporting tools to determine root cause performance issues and work directly with operations teams to address issues and provide guidance to stay on course or make corrections • Prioritize work for the team and build talent pipelines for client requiremen
What are we looking for? • •• Relevant years of end to end recruitment experience including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding • Experience in RPO or managed recruitment services environments • Background in recruitment reporting, KPI management, and operational oversight • Experience leading recruitment and sourcing teams • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement experience • Exposure to recruitment processes within the travel and aviation industry is mandatory • Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting module
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead end to end recruitment delivery including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding • Drive RPO operations and ensure adherence to recruitment best practices • Manage recruitment dashboards, reporting, HR systems, vendor management, service governance, and continuous improvement initiatives • Monitor SLAs, OLAs, operational metrics, and recruitment performance • Manage client interactions and maintain strong stakeholder relationships • Mentor and lead recruitment teams, addressing performance and operational challenges • Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives • Partner with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience • Experience managing recruitment across US and Canada geographies is required • Sourcing Leadership • Lead sourcing operations and manage a team of sourcing associates • Utilize multiple sourcing channels to build talent pipelines • Source candidates based on business requirements and job descriptions • Conduct initial screening to assess candidate qualification, interest, and availability • Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers and interview panels • Gather hiring manager feedback and improve candidate and hiring manager experience • Monitor sourcing team productivity and performance • Ensure recruiters have sufficient candidate pipelines to support hiring demand • Prioritize team workload and support delivery against client requirements • Analyze sourcing and recruitment data to identify and resolve performance issues • Knowledge Skills Requirements • Recruitment service delivery and RPO operations expertise • SLA KPI management and operational governance • Team leadership, mentoring, and performance management • Client relationship management and issue resolution • Recruitment analytics, dashboard reporting, and workforce insights • Process improvement and continuous optimization • Strong understanding of the end to end recruitmentAny Graduation
