We have an exciting opportunity for an Email Marketing Specialist in our London office.

 

Department Overview:

Our Customer Retention team owns email communication for Michael Kors across the EMEA region, reaching customers in more than 50 markets through campaigns, personalisation, and lifecycle messaging. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Retention, this role works closely with Design, Ecommerce, Web Production, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, and colleagues in North America to plan and deliver best-in-class email and SMS experiences.

 

What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage end-to-end campaign and content briefs for specific email campaign types, working with key stakeholders such as Buyers, Creative, Ecommerce, and Trade teams
• Design and optimise business processes around BAU marketing emails, ensuring QC levels are maintained and local nuances such as language are accounted for
• Analyse campaign results and trends on a weekly basis, providing concise insights and suggestions for improvement and optimisation
• Drive dynamic content delivery and personalisation initiatives using the Dynamic Yield platform, configuring, implementing, and testing targeting rules, audience segments, and personalisation logic
• Drive SMS channel performance through strategic campaign planning, audience segmentation, copy briefing, and the scheduling and execution of targeted on-demand messaging
• Work with CRM and Analytics to review audience segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver relevance to our customers
• Produce weekly and monthly reports that explain performance
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and competitor activity, bringing fresh ideas to test
• Work with, and help manage, the ESP, Oracle Responsys
• Coordinate across multiple departments — Design, Ecommerce, Web Production, Brand Marketing, and Retail Marketing — and with colleagues in North America, working alongside another Email Specialist

You’ll Need to Have:

• 2+ years working in email marketing, ideally in a fashion retail environment
• Experience working with ESPs (such as Oracle Responsys), hands-on experience with Dynamic Yield or a similar personalisation platform, and practical experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe
• Passionate, self-motivated, and reliable, with strong verbal and written communication and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset; highly organised and able to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced, fashion-curious environment

Compensation Range: 

39,000.00 - 45,000.00 GBP
