Job Description
- As a Jr Metrology Engineer, you'll help prepare, validate and improve measurement solutions that support new elements, mould qualifications and production readiness across the LEGO Group. You'll work at the intersection of engineering, quality and technology, helping deliver reliable data that shapes important product decisions.

- You'll join a team of metrology colleagues who support measurement platforms, strategies and documentation across the LEGO Group value chain. Together, the team prepares and develops measurement solutions that help qualify new moulds, support production and continuously improve the way data is collected and interpreted.
- Digitalization and automation are a natural part of the team's journey, creating opportunities to learn, build, rebuild and inspire while developing future measurement capabilities. Our work helps ensure elements are prepared, measured and qualified with the right technology at the right time.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare novelty elements for testing and support preparation activities across measurement platforms.
- Develop new test solutions that strengthen the global Element & Mould Validation flow.
- Ensure measurement data remains reliable, repeatable and ready for informed decisions.
- Partner with fixture suppliers and colleagues to deliver dependable testing outcomes.
- Support automation activities and contribute to improvements within the global test community.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, qualification activities or functional testing environments.
- Comfortable collaborating across functions while communicating clearly in English.
- Curious about problem solving, measurement technologies and improving how data supports decisions.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with measurement system analysis, statistical thinking or Six Sigma methods.
- Exposure to automation projects, test equipment development or global engineering teams.
