Product Specialist - Biotech

INTEGRAL MOLECULAR, Inc., is a Philadelphia-based biotech company specializing in the discovery and characterization of therapeutic antibodies. We use cutting-edge technology platforms to enable the discovery of novel therapeutics against hard-to-access targets. We are in an exciting growth phase where we are launching new products and reaching new markets!  

We are seeking a Product Specialist to help accelerate the commercial success of our rapidly expanding Membrane Proteome Array (MPA) service. This role sits at the intersection of science and business and is ideal for an early-career professional who can execute on our product and commercial strategy. You will contribute to the customer insight, competitive analysis, and market intelligence that shape strategic direction, then take ownership of turning that direction into launched products, working tools, live campaigns, and measurable results.

What you will do at Integral Molecular: 

• Research markets and customers, then turn the analysis into materials and recommendations that support product and commercial initiatives.
• Maintain customer insight and competitive intelligence resources, including win/loss themes, buying behaviors, market trends, and competitive positioning, and help translate findings into actionable insights for the commercial team.
• Assist with new product and service launches by building timelines, customer-facing materials, positioning, and messaging language. Coordinate activities and track milestones across science, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Partner with the Marketing team to plan and execute go-to-market initiatives, including campaign and content development, customer communications, educational resources, lead-generation programs, and conference/trade show support.
• Develop and maintain tools, templates, processes, and analyses that help the commercial team work more efficiently. Create repeatable approaches for customer engagement, product launches, and go-to-market activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or biotechnology
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, commercial, or business-oriented role within the biotech or pharma industries with direct exposure to product management, marketing, sales operations, or scientific commercialization
• Working proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) for tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
