Nous recherchons pour notre département Opération un Adjoint Chef de poste travaillant sous l’autorité du Chef de poste.

Utilise ses connaissances, son expertise technique et son expérience de production pour assister le chef de poste et le remplacer en cas de besoin pour diriger son équipe d’opérateur et assurer la conduite de l’ensemble des équipes de l’usine de façon optimal et en sécurité.

Travail en 5 x 8.

Responsabilité du rôle :

• Contribue à ce que le service Production soit en lien avec les demandes et les objectifs du Business, de l’usine et de l’équipe.
• Travail en équipe pour assurer la fabrication des deux ateliers de fabrication
• Est amené à effectuer des opérations de chargement de camion ou de conditionnement, de déchargement de matières premières ou d’emballage vide en fonction des besoins.
• Assiste le chef de poste pour manager son équipe et distribuer la charge de travail afin de garantir la réalisation des tâches demandées pendant son poste
• Réalise le programme de fabrication qui lui ait transmis par le service Planning
• Surveille le process et effectue les mesures nécessaires pour garantir une fabrication en sécurité et en qualité.
• Effectue les tâches MTL qui sont assignées à la Production
• Utilise ses connaissances et son expertise pour identifier des défaillances et résoudre ou corriger les déviations et problèmes.
• Effectue des remontés d’améliorations technique ou du procédé.
• En cas d’absence du Chef de poste, participe aux réunions journalières de production
• Collecte et enregistre les indicateurs de production
• Effectue des lancements de travaux en respectant les règles des standards LCS
• Partage son expertise afin d’améliorer les connaissances et les compétences        techniques des membres de son équipe.
• Participe aux RCI en liaisons avec les pannes d’équipement et les pertes de temps de production
• Tient le rôle d’IRL pendant son poste et le rôle de Chef PCA en cas de gestion de situation d’urgence en cas d’absence du chef de poste.

Compétences :

• CAIC / TEFIC ou expérience dans l’industrie chimique
• Leadership
• Initiative
• Innovation
• Très bonnes connaissances du process et des équipements
• Permis CACES chariot type 2b et 3 à jour est un atout
• Equipier de Seconde Intervention ESI est un plus
• Connaissances supervision Delta V
• Maitrise les outils informatiques (Outlook, Word, Excell, SAP, Aspen, …)
• Notions en anglais
• Connaître les LCS
• Bonne expérience dans le secteur de la chimie industrielle
