Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables in West Fargo, ND as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the best customer experience by coordinating service requests, scheduling service appointments, and communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing the best customer experience possible. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who is dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our customers.
As a Service Coordinator, your main goal will be to provide the best customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, scheduling service requests, helping walk in customers, and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met. You will work closely with our service technicians and service manager to schedule service appointments and ensure that all service calls are completed to the highest standards.
In addition to coordinating service requests, you will also assist with inventory management, order processing, and other administrative tasks as needed. This role requires a high level of organization, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service at all times.
