Product Support Analyst, AI Automation Co-op

Job SummaryAs a Product Support Analyst, AI Automation (Co-op) on the Cerebro Commercialization team, you will support users across the business by investigating issues, managing support requests, creating documentation, tracking support performance, and helping develop AI-powered automation tools. This role combines technical troubleshooting, AI development, data analysis, and user support in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and triage support tickets through Jira
- Investigate issues using application data, dashboards, cameras, and MES integrations\
- Gather information from users and coordinate resolution with technical teams
- Create and maintain user guides, knowledge articles, and release documentation in Confluence
- Monitor and report on support KPIs and process performance
- Design, build, and improve an AI support agent to automate support workflows
- Partner with cross-functional teams and end users to continuously improve the Cerebro platform
Key Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience building AI agents or LLM-based applications through projects, coursework, hackathons, or previous co-ops
- Working knowledge of Python and APIs
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable working directly with business users and manufacturing teams
- Assets: Experience with Jira, Confluence, AI agent frameworks, technical support environments, manufacturing systems, computer vision, or IoT solutions.
