For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer
- Expert-level Infrastructure-as-Code principles and hands-on CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions to automate delivery workflows at scale.
- Cloud platform proficiency across AWS, Azure, and GCP, combined with Git mastery including GitFlow and branching strategies for collaborative infrastructure development.
- Security automation expertise spanning SAST/DAST tooling (SonarQube, Checkmarx, ZAP), container scanning (Trivy, Aqua), and secrets management via HashiCorp Vault and AWS Secrets Manager.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Bash to build and maintain tooling across REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems, with familiarity in AI agent frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGen for intelligent automation use cases.
- Fluency in English, at least B2 level
- Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Porto
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
