Description
The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
You will be responsible for
- rendering administrative support to Venue Operations team in coordination with internal teams within Performing Arts Division, across other Divisions/Departments of the Authority, as well as external working partners;
- rendering administrative support to Venue Sales team such as handling general hirer enquiries, issuing service order and obtain booking evaluation from hirers;
- coordinating with vendors to obtain quotations, arrange goods delivery or services for the team;
- providing support in procurement such as issuing Purchase Order and invoice settlement;
- assisting in handling budget and monthly forecast exercise for the team;
- liaising with other Divisions/Departments on administration matters, such as office infrastructure and supplies;
- coordinating meetings for the team; and
- performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.
You Should
- possess a recognized university degree or equivalent;
- have 3 to 4 years solid administrative experience, preferably in statutory bodies or non-profit making organizations;
- preferably have strong interest in performing arts venue operations;
- equip with good organization and planning skills with high attention to details;
- have good interpersonal and communication skills with multi-tasking ability;
- be self-motivated and able to work independently to provide quality, timely support and delivery;
- have good written and spoken English and Chinese;
- possess proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
- be strong adaptability and open for irregular hours of work when required.
