KEY RESPONSIBILITES
1.Integrated Marketing Planning & Coordination

  • Support development and coordination of integrated regional MCC strategic plans, ensuring alignment with global priorities, regional business objectives and local market requirements.
  • Translate regional strategic priorities into structured planning frameworks, timelines, deliverables and measurable success indicators
  • Support the development and maintenance of the regional 3–5-year strategic roadmap through planning coordination, progress tracking and cross-functional consolidation.
  • Coordinate the regional MCC activation calendar, ensuring visibility, prioritization and alignment across functions and markets
  • Prepare executive planning materials, strategic presentations and business updates to support regional leadership and decision-making
  • Support local markets in adapting regional frameworks and planning processes while ensuring consistency with regional objectives

2.Regional A&P Budget Planning and Governance

  • Coordinate regional A&P planning cycle, supporting budget allocation, investment prioritization and annual planning processes
  • Consolidate budget proposals, prepare supporting justifications and coordinate submissions to Central Budget Planning, ensuring alignment with regional priorities
  • Maintain governance processes and reporting mechanisms to support investment discipline, budget transparency and planning consistency
  • Monitor budget utilization across projects and functions, prepare regular budget reviews, and coordinate reporting for Regional Exco, Headquarters and Finance stakeholders


3.Business Analysis and Strategic Support

  • Consolidate business, clients and market analyses to support regional strategic planning and business reviews
  • Partner with MCC and Commercial teams to identify market trends, opportunities and performance insights through client, sales and product analysis
  • Coordinate the annual Competitor Intelligence Report by consolidating marketing insights, competitive benchmarking and industry developments to support strategic recommendations
  • Monitor brand performance and key market indicators to support regional planning priorities


4.Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of performance frameworks for regional Marketing, Communications and Client Experience initiatives
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of planning, reporting and performance tracking processes
  • Monitor business performance against KPI and objectives, consolidate results and highlight risks, opportunities and areas requiring management attention
  • Prepare performance dashboards, executive reviews and analytical reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making


5.MCC Development and Market Intelligence

  • Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior and emerging innovations to identify relevant insights that support regional planning and business development
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of planning methodologies, tools and best practices across the regional MCC community
  • Support regional marketing initiatives and coordination of landlord implementation plans with Client Activation and Commercial teams


6.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Planning Alignment

  • Act as the regional planning coordinator across Central teams, local markets, Retail, Commercial and Product Merchandising to facilitate alignment and effective execution of regional priorities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Client Insights, CRM, Digital, Communications and Events, to ensure integrated planning and timely delivery of key initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience of business planning, consulting, or regional marketing leadership.
  • Experience in luxury, beauty, premium retail or customer-centric industries strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing integrated strategic plans and cross-functional leadership that drive brand equity, client engagement, and business growth across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated experience in A&P budget management, allocation, and financial reporting at a regional level.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer mindset, market dynamics, and competitive landscape across North Asia.
  • Experience with strategic planning methodologies, market research techniques, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in business intelligence, data interpretation, and translating complex data into actionable strategies. Advanced Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in the Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese is highly advantageous for effective communication and market understanding of the various markets in the region.
