Job Description & Summary:
A career in our SAP Production Planning (PP) practice will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their manufacturing investments. We help organizations transform their supply chain, planning, and shop-floor execution by leveraging standard SAP functionalities and modern S/4HANA innovations.
As a Senior Associate, you will operate as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities
Delivery: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP solutions.
Client Engagement: Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops to analyze and map business processes.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate PP with MM, SD, QM, and CO modules.
Documentation: Author high-quality Business Blueprint documents and Functional Specifications (RICEFW).
Testing: Manage the execution of Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support: Drive hyper-care support and resolve critical system tickets post-go-live.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical direction to junior team members on project deliverables.
Mandatory skill sets:
Experience: 2 to 4 years of core functional consulting experience in SAP PP.
Technical Mastery: Deep configuration knowledge of MRP (Classic/Live), BOMs, Routings, and Capacity Planning.
Manufacturing Types: Proven hands-on experience in both Discrete and Process Industries (PP-PI).
Modern Platform: Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation experience on SAP S/4HANA.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction.
Preferred skill sets:
