ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Analyze and Determine Proper Set Points and Adjustments for the Equipment.
  •  Able to Perform Proper Process of Startup and Shutdown of the Equipment.
  •  Able to Perform a Detailed Shift Report with Control Room Operator.
  •  Effective Daily Communication with Maintenance. 
  •  Perform and Document Required Inspections of Equipment. 
  •  Analyze Equipment Performance and Make Necessary Tooling Changes. 
  •  Ensure All Work is Performed in a Timely and Safe Manner.
  •  Maintain all Equipment, Tools, and Workstations. 
  •  Ability to Utilize Skills to Improve Equipment Optimization and Reliability.
  •  Maintain Logs, And Record Labor, Materials and Equipment Used. 
  •  Effectively Communicate to All Team Members and Management any Equipment Deficiencies.
  •  Meticulous Attention to Detail; Able to Follow Instruction both Written and Verbal.
  •  Participate in Breakdown Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Focused Improvement, and 5S Projects. 
  •  Ensure Workers Adhere to Local, State and Federal Codes and Regulations.
  •  Perform Other Related Duties as Assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  •  High School Diploma or Equivalent Education; Trade School or College Preferred.
  •  One Year of In Plant Manufacturing Experience.
  •  Ability to Work Independently and Utilize Critical Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills to Generate and Implement Solutions throughout the Process.
  •  Must Maintain Compliance within all LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work, Working at Heights Policies. 
  •  OSHA 10 Training and Experience.
  •  Ability to Work Extended Hours to Includes Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
  •  Ability to Continuously Walk or Stand, Bend, Squat, Climb Stairs and Lift Items Above Shoulders.
  •  Ability to Work Outdoors, Rotating Shifts, and Lift 50 Pounds Required.
