Responsibilities:
- Works on tasks that are routine in nature
- Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments
- Identifies deviations from accepted practices
- Troubleshoots basic problems
- Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
- Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
- Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
- Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required
- May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.
- Basic understanding of digital/AI tools
- Willingness to leverage AI in daily work (Copilot, internal AI tools)
- Leveraging AI tools to: Retrieve technical information and Support troubleshooting
Educational requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering
