Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Quality Customer Line Manager (f/m) to join our Customer Line / Quality Department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team responsible for driving operational Quality performance for your assigned aircraft or zone. Working within the Customer Line, you will act as the central interface between Production, Engineering, Programs, and Suppliers to resolve complex non-conformities , ensuring smooth assembly flow and leading your team to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Your challenges:
- Lead and empower the team: Drive, motivate, and support the professional growth of your Quality team while fostering strong team cohesion, a good social climate, and strict safety compliance.
- Cross-functional interface: Maintain close proximity and alignment with Production teams (notably Post Operational Leaders), Engineering, Programs, and Suppliers.
- Operational Quality management: Monitor team performance, enforce quality processes and manufacturing instructions, and manage non-quality action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement: Actively support continuous improvement initiatives and guarantee the implementation of the new organization via the QMT project.
- Ensure delivery compliance: Guarantee on-time aircraft delivery for your perimeter while upholding uncompromising safety, quality, and cost targets.
Your boarding pass:
- Experience & Management: Significant experience in a production or industrial environment (FAL, manufacturing plant) with proven team management skills.
- Technical & Project Skills: Solid knowledge of project management and strong expertise in operational quality processes.
- Operational Abilities: Ability to prioritize, make swift decisions in a dynamic environment, drive change, with strong analytical skills and rigor.
- Languages: Native or fluent French, and intermediate professional English (aeronautical technical English preferred).
- Work schedule: Flexibility for shift work and rotating weekend schedules (rotating weekend shifts / occasional weekend cover).
