Role Summary
- The Account Manager is a key relationship owner for a set of high complexity/priority customer accounts, and maintains and or increases revenue from existing accounts
- Leverages deep knowledge of key industry trends and LSEG value proposition to develop and implements go-to-market plans for assigned accounts.
- Efficiently engages with customers focusing on solution selling with a customer centric focus to uncover opportunities.
- Responsible for the account planning and able to define key growth and retention strategies.
- Owns pipeline hygiene, accurate sales and cancel forecasting for their set of accounts, pipeline coverage tracking and path to goal analysis.
- Leads annual price increase process and ensures effective price realization across all products and services.
- Ensures strong renewal execution with a customer centric approach.
- Consistently develops authoritative insights and recommendations on how to improve deal size, deal term, close rate, customer acceptability, and address objections with a focus on improving opportunity value of the sale.
- Demonstrated commercial and business acumen, developing strategy and execution
- Strong articulation, interpersonal communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams, and a consultative approach.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and senior stakeholder management internally and within customer organisations.
- Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
