Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic Risk Management team. This role involves managing large commercial accounts, providing A-Z servicing, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, a proven track record of success, and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large commercial accounts, ranging from $100,000 to $500,000 in size.
• Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with the Head of Risk Management and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize AMS360/Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active 2-20 license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial insurance; 5+ years preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360/Epic software.
