Pay Range: $66,000.00 - $76,00.00 annual base salary, with incentive plan
Service Manager (Automotive / Fixed Operations)
We’re hiring a Service Manager to lead our service department in Eugene, OR. —driving performance, improving consistency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll take ownership of operations, team performance, and service outcomes. With a strong foundation already in place, this role is focused on execution, accountability, and long-term success.

What You’ll Do
Service Department Leadership
Lead daily operations of the service department, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control
Manage, coach, and develop Service Technicians and service staff
Ensure timely, high-quality vehicle service, repairs, and installations
Performance & Operations
Drive performance across key metrics:
Service revenue and profitability
Technician productivity and utilization
Turnaround time and workflow efficiency
Customer satisfaction and retention
Maintain accountability for department KPIs and operational results
Administrative & Systems Management
Oversee all service-related administrative functions:
Work orders, billing, and documentation
Inventory and parts coordination
Scheduling and workflow management
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all service records
Systems & Technology Requirements (Key for Success)
We are looking for a Service Manager who is highly comfortable working in systems and using data to drive decisions.
Experience working in a Dealer Management System (DMS) required (examples: Dealertrack, Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK Global, etc.)
Dealer track experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and service-related software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to:
Track and manage technician schedules and work orders digitally
Use reporting tools to monitor KPIs and performance
Maintain accurate data entry across service and inventory systems

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
3+ years of automotive or dealership service experience
2+ years of leadership experience managing technicians or service teams
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of organization and accountability
Strong computer literacy and systems experience, including DMS usage
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Service Manager, Shop Manager, or Fixed Operations leader
Experience with Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS platforms
Demonstrated success improving technician productivity and shop performance
Experience managing service KPIs and operational reporting
Mobility or adaptive vehicle experience (a plus)
