The position of Business Unit Administrator III for Auxiliary Services manages the Meal Plan Program and Cardinal Card Systems by providing operational, technical, and customer service support for the University meal plan program and Cardinal Card Office. This position reports to the Director of Auxiliary Services and serves as a primary technical resource for the Atrium campus card and meal plan management system, ensuring the accurate administration of meal plans, declining balance accounts, card services, and related auxiliary operations.
Essential Job Functions
Atrium System Administration and Technical Support
Serve as a primary administrator and technical support resource for the Atrium campus card management system.
Configure, maintain, and monitor meal plan and card-related system settings, user permissions, and operational parameters.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving transactions, account balances, card production, and system integrations.
Coordinate testing and implementation of software updates and enhancements.
Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
Meal Plan Program Administration
Administer meal plan enrollment, adjustments, and account maintenance.
Monitor meal plan utilization and reconcile data with university systems.
Support audits and compliance activities.
Cardinal Card Operations
Support card issuance, replacement, and account management.
Troubleshoot card reader and transaction-related issues.
Coordinate with campus departments utilizing Cardinal Card services.
Reporting and Data Management
Generate routine and ad hoc reports from Atrium and related systems.
Analyze transaction data and support reconciliations and audits.
Customer Service and Training
Respond to inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and parents.
Train users and departmental partners on systems and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CBORD Atrium, CS Gold, or similar campus card systems.
Higher education auxiliary services experience.
Three years of experience supporting business systems, auxiliary services, or related operations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Technical systems support and problem solving.
Data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
