Transformar dados em inteligência estratégica de curto e longo prazo, atuando diretamente na investigação de desvios, análise profunda de variações de Margem Bruta vs. Planejado e identificação de causas-raizWhat knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Responsável por:
Análise de Causa-Raiz e Performance: Desenvolver e executar frameworks analíticos para diagnosticar variações de performance comercial e desvios de Margem Bruta (Realizado vs. Planejado), gerando recomendações acionáveis.
Extração e Tratamento de Dados: Realizar extração, manipulação e limpeza de grandes volumes de dados utilizando SQL e Databricks, garantindo acurácia e confiabilidade nas análises.
Visualização e Dashboards: Construir, homologar e manter painéis e relatórios gerenciais em Tableau para suporte à tomada de decisão executiva.
Articulação com Partes Interessadas: Atuar como parceiro(a) analítico(a) estratégico(a) em constante interlocução com Planejamento Mercadológico, Logística, Performance de Vendas e Finanças, conectando dados de ponta a ponta e buscando insights de negócio.
Melhoria Contínua: Mapear oportunidades de otimização nos processos de acompanhamento de performance, automatizando rotinas e aprimorando visões analíticas.
