- Maintain accurate purchasing and material master data within the ERP system.
- Resolve delivery delays, discrepancies, and supplier quality issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding supply risks, material shortages, and delivery challenges.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement processes, inventory management, and MRP accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within manufacturing, energy storage, electrical, electronics, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong understanding of MRP planning processes and material flow management.
- Experience working in a structured procurement and supply chain environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Good command of English, enabling effective communication with international suppliers and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience working with NetSuite ERP.
- Knowledge of BESS components, power electronics, or electrical systems.
- Experience cooperating with international suppliers across Europe, China, and the United States.
- Understanding of Incoterms, international logistics, and customs processes.
Why Join Lyten Poland?
- Be part of a company driving innovation in next-generation energy storage technologies.
- Work in an international, highly technical, and collaborative environment.
- Have a direct impact on the development of supply chain processes supporting cutting-edge products.
