You will work with plan sponsor and plan member data, surveys, attendance and engagement metrics, retirement readiness indicators, and operational information to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide recommendations that support both strategy and execution. You will also play an important role in education channel optimization, staffing and capacity planning, and session scheduling optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with data, partnering with internal stakeholders, and turning insight into meaningful action.

What will you do?

  • Analyze sponsor-level and member-level data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Synthesize insights from analytics, surveys, attendance, engagement, plan health, and retirement readiness metrics.
  • Translate data into meaningful recommendations that support leadership decision-making and business strategy.
  • Partner with Business Development to create data-backed narratives, business cases, and insight-led storytelling.
  • Build staffing, demand, and capacity models to support resource planning and strategic prioritization.
  • Assess education session attendance, engagement, and member outcomes to recommend improvements to channel strategy and session planning.
  • Support Senior Education Consultant scheduling and help improve scheduling processes and operational efficiency.
  • Prioritize education deployment based on educator capacity, sponsor opportunity, revenue potential, plan health, and retirement readiness.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support materials for leadership and stakeholders.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 10 years of experience in business insights, analytics, planning, strategy, and/or consulting
  • Experience in financial services, retirement, benefits, or a related business environment.
  • University degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data manipulation.
  • Experience working with raw data and transforming it into clear analysis and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for development of executive-ready materials.
  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of GRS business, systems, and processes is preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL or related tools is an asset.
  • Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling analysis is an asset.

What's in it for you?

  • Hybrid work environment
  • A friendly, collaborative, and inclusive culture
  • 20 vacation days per year
  • Flexible Benefits from the day you join to meet the needs of you and your family
  • Pension, stock and savings programs to help build and enhance your future financial security
