Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Senior Staff Public Policy Specialist, you will support Infineon in navigating complex public policy issues by monitoring regulatory developments, engaging with European institutions, and contributing to policy analysis and development. Be responsible for analyzing legislation : from the first moment where you assess the impact to the definition and implementation of a communication strategy Write position papers and internal reports , draft presentations  Represent and be the voice of Infineon to the European Institutions Stay updated and inform Infineon on Brussels’s trends , initiatives or ideas Accompany colleagues on displacements to Europe, providing them with the necessary guidance and support Build an extensive and effective network of contacts in the European Institutions and beyond Pay Information Indicative Salary Range:  79120.0 € - 108790.0 €  The stated salary comprises annual base pay and target variable compensation. The starting salary is determined using objective, gender neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, and role scope; prior compensation is not requested or considered. Employees also benefit from a comprehensive total rewards package, which may include further compensation and benefit elements depending on local regulations and company policies.
