Project Role Description : Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Summary:
As a Data & AI Technical Lead, you will drive presales solutioning, deliver high-quality Azure Data & AI solutions, and provide deep technical expertise to support client engagements, delivery excellence, and team growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Support Solution Architects and Sales in shaping Data & AI opportunities (Azure Data Platform, Analytics, AI/ML, Integration, Power BI).
Contribute to estimations, delivery models, and staffing plans.
Participate in client demos, technical Q&A, and proposal development.
Validate feasibility, technical approach, and risks for ATC delivery.
Act as SME for Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, ADLS, SQL/MI, ML engineering, and platform operations.
Ensure engineering best practices, conduct design reviews, and handle technical escalations.
Lead technical execution, enforce standards, and ensure timely delivery of critical work.
Provide clear status, risk updates, and communication across onshore/offshore teams.
Coach and mentor Data & AI engineers and support capability building.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong technical expertise in Azure Data & AI services (Data Engineering, Analytics, Integration, AI/ML).
Experience in presales, solutioning, or technical leadership.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Familiarity with global delivery models and governance standards.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality delivery.

Additional Information:
Minimum 7.5+ years of experience in Data & AI solutioning and delivery leadership.
Strong customer focus and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
