• 负责向供应商传达客户及长沙卡斯马汽车系统有限公司的质量要求；

Convey quality requirements of customers and Changsha Cosma Automotive Co., Ltd. to suppliers;

• 培养、指导及提高供应商的质量水平；

Train, guide and improve the quality level of suppliers;

• 负责向供应商反馈质量信息；

Feedback the quality information to suppliers;

• 负责向公司反馈供应商的建议；

Feedback suggestions and comments of the suppliers to the company;

• 与供应商紧密合作，迅速解决质量问题；

Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues quickly;

• 协调不合格品的遏制、返工及报废处理；

Coordinate non-conforming product containment, rework and scrap treatment;

• 汇总、跟踪所有供应商质量问题；

Summarize and track all supplier quality issues;

• 确认、跟踪供应商承诺的整改措施；

Identify, track the supplier promised corrective measures;

• 协助工程更改的实施；

Assist in the engineering change implementation;

• 协助SQE主管确认并签署供应商PPAP文件；

Assist the SQE competent to confirm and sign the Supplier PPAP file;

• 定期对供应商质量表现进行汇总、分析并承报供应商质量工程师；

Performance summary of the suppliers on a regular basis; analyze and report to the supplier quality engineer;

• 在充分了解供应商的生产流程和关键控制点基础上，帮助供应商在生产过程和质量控制等方面找出潜在的问题，避免出现任何质量事故；

On the basis of a full understanding of the supplier's production processes and critical control points. Help suppliers to identify potential problems in the production process and quality control, to avoid any quality accident;

• 遵守公司和供应商的各项规章制度；

Comply with the rules and regulations of the company and suppliers;

• 遵守保密原则；

Comply with the principle of confidentiality;

• 时刻维护公司的利益和形象；

Uphold the interests and image of the company at all times;

Understand and implement IATF16949;
