Associate Creative Director

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients' key members and anticipate Client's expectation/ issues and discuss with senior levels with solutions.

• Initiately create deeper relationship with client to understand more about their business, insight and passion.

• Primary tracking and analysis of Clients' business/ category information…

• Day to day management to make sure Client's satisfaction, build and keep relationships with clients.

• Send and present the Credential for new Clients. Guide and approve the Credentail tailor-made by AAD levels downward.

• In term of new pitch projects, together with GAD & BOD in leading SWOT discussion and define preliminary budget and resources.

• On behalf of BOD and Client Services Team to have an offically communication with clients (verbal and email).

• Assemble effective project team members within Client Services Team and from across the organization who possess the exact qualifications needed to meet or exceed client expectations.

• Guide the team to delivery content of brand induction, debrief, competitive review, contact report, project timeline with Clients and internal teams.

• Thouroughly master the Client's background/ categoty/ market/ competitors/ Client's brand porfolio. Deeply understanding the strategy and creative works to sell and protect agency's works professionaly.

• Be in charge of presenting Credential and lead all the parts that Account team is supposed to lead.

• Lead projects and co-ordinate with all departments to make sure the best quality outcomes. Solve issues and give solution for team to manage internal operational scopes and 3rd party management.

• Control of client budget. Work closely team members to make sure the budget is under control.

• Lead development of communication strategy with wide range of client information, cooperating with other directors.

• Manage all staffs with project timeline and lead and motivate team for target goal. In addition, pursue to meet client expectations and requirements with risk management.

• Manage and attend all the WIP meeting with Clients and team members to follow up process of each brand to have timely supervision.

• In charge of contract, monthly financial report and new business status report

• Review all outputs to make sure they meet cost / schedule / quality requirement from client and give feedback accurately to team members.

• Efficiently delegates tasks appropriately to team members, within Team

• Develop and manage direct staffs.

• Support direct staff's jobs and motivate them to work diligently, resourcefully and enthusiastically and train them to upgrade their skills.

• Report to GAD staff's results/ performance as a reliable base for GAD's determining promotions and transfers.

• Deliver proper training session for direct staffs to enhance their work skill.

• Make a proactive effort to explore new scope from current Clients and new business opportunities that tap into new markets and pitch proposals to potential clients with an eye to expanding the customer base.

• Assume responsibility for any other duties or projects which may be given.

Requirements:

Knowledge & experiences:

• Superior understanding of advertising and marketing principles

• Demonstrated talent for high-caliber creative concept and writing

• Ability to judge creative concepts and copy, and clearly communicate creative direction to others

• Thorough understanding of clients and their business/industry

• Thorough understanding of art direction

• Excellent knowledge of InDesign

• Understanding of interactive media production

• Working knowledge of Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator
