Earthworks Engineer

About the role As an Project Engineering Analyst, your role is to provide support and services to an assigned project by assisting with engineering tasks and coordination. Responsibilities Engineering Coordination: Assist in coordinating all engineering activities throughout the project life cycle within the defined area of responsibility. Process Compliance: Support compliance with standardized processes, systems, and tools to ensure efficient project execution. Contractor Management: Aid in supporting the engagement and performance of contractor management to ensure project objectives are met. Technical Support: Provide engineering and technical support to project construction teams as needed, contributing to successful project execution. Schedule Management: Work closely with project planning and scheduling teams to develop and maintain project schedules. Report Production: Assist in producing technical reports and project reviews, including recommendations for improvement. Financial Coordination: Coordinate project finances to meet project requirements, including assisting in the development of operating and capital budgets. About You To thrive in this role, you should bring: Technical Skills: Ability to understand and apply engineering principles to support project activities. Collaboration: Capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external contractors. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify issues, analyze data, and provide recommendations. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines. Communication: Clear communication skills to convey technical information and recommendations effectively. Initiative: Willingness to take initiative and contribute to the success of the project team. Experience: Previous experience in engineering support roles would be advantageous. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
