HUALALAI VILLAS & HOMES – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 

Hualalai Villas & Homes is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to lead the continued growth and success of our luxury residential rental program. This highly visible position combines business development, sales leadership, homeowner relations, revenue optimization, and reservations oversight to maximize portfolio performance while delivering the unparalleled service standards synonymous with Four Seasons. 

 

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for luxury hospitality, proven sales expertise, and the ability to foster meaningful relationships with homeowners, travel advisors, and discerning guests. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Drive revenue growth and portfolio expansion for the Hualalai Villas & Homes rental program.  

• Lead and develop the Residential Rental Reservations team, ensuring exceptional service, sales conversion, and operational excellence.  

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with homeowners, acting as a key resource and advocate throughout their participation in the rental program.  

• Develop strategic partnerships with luxury travel advisors, referral partners, and repeat guests to generate new business opportunities.  

• Identify and onboard new properties to support the growth of the Hualalai Villas & Homes portfolio.  

• Analyze market trends, business performance, and revenue opportunities to support strategic decision-making and yield optimization.  

• Conduct property tours and presentations that showcase the unique lifestyle and luxury experience offered by Hualalai Villas & Homes.  

• Collaborate closely with Residential Rental Operations and resort leadership to ensure a seamless owner and guest experience.  

 

WHAT TO BRING 

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 

• Minimum five years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, residential property management, vacation rentals, resort operations, business development, sales, or revenue management.  

• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and developing strategic business relationships.  

• Exceptional leadership, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.  

• Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to interpret market trends and performance metrics.  

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage homeowners, guests, travel partners, and senior leadership.  

• Experience with hospitality technology platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications; Opera experience preferred.  

• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and a passion for luxury service excellence.  

• Hawai‘i Real Estate License preferred or the ability to obtain one within one year of employment.
