Location: East Bay, CA
School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school setting in the East Bay area. Join a collaborative, clinician-led team dedicated to helping students build communication skills and succeed in the classroom.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with a range of communication needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics
- Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines
- Support use of AAC and assistive technology as needed

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CA SLP License (or eligibility)
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric/school-based populations
