Essential Responsibilities
The FP&A Operations Manager - Income Statement will be an integral part of the GE WIND HQ Strategic Finance (FP&A) team. Reporting to the WIND Strategic Finance - Income Statement staff leader, the selected candidate will work with the CFO, WIND FP&A Executive, Finance Managers & business leaders to:
- Develop reliable monthly and quarter estimates of Order and Backlog. Communicate current results and estimates to business leaders. Identify risks & opportunities during each quarter and leading the team in mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities
- Responsible for Master and Forecasting files data accuracy & completeness, working file cleanup, format, and integrity. Ensure all dependent files have the same build. Follow-up with input owners. Drive continuous improvement & enhancements
- Responsible for the Standard reporting and Internal reporting files data accuracy & completeness, with main focus on driving continuous improvement and enhancements
- Lead closing cycles: support on actuals vs pacing reconciliation, ledger integrity, reporting package, Data request submissions
- Lead planning cycles including developing estimates, operating plans / forecasts / reviews
- Lead tax credit process: responsible for the monthly calculation and reporting of the credits, entry booking, support and control of the overall process
- Lead key cross-functional projects for GEV and Wind segment, like COPQ and Bowler, tracking progress against the project roadmap at a granular level and recommend actions to get to planned performance for the operating teams.
- Be accountable for the roadmap and execution of finance processes for the Wind segment. Should have strong leadership, technical and change agent skills to directly partner with the finance and functional leaders in all Wind’s sub-P&Ls as well as Wind HQ stakeholders. Participate on cross-functional business initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements
· For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $124,900.00 and $208,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
