We are looking for a **Founding Engineer** to take co-founder-level ownership of the technical vision and help build an **on-chain institutional FX hedging platform** from the ground up.
🔥 Key Requirements
- **Expert-level Rust — MUST**
- Strong experience in **financial, trading, or core infrastructure**
- Former **Founder / CTO / Founding Engineer**
- Experience building and shipping with **AI agents / agentic orchestration**
- Comfortable working in a highly ambitious, early-stage startup environment
- **Willing to relocate to NYC**
- Experience with **DevOps** is a strong plus
## Requirements

We are particularly interested in engineers with experience in:
- **Derivatives margin & netting**
- **Trading infrastructure / HFT**
- **Clearing infrastructure**
- **DCO / DCM infrastructure**
- **Protocol security / smart contract security**
- **DeFi**
- **Kernel / Compiler / Operating Systems**
- **Physics engines**
🎯 Strong Candidate Profiles
Examples include engineers who have worked on:
