Job Objective:

Mozaic Senior Life, a premier nonprofit organization in Bridgeport serving the community since 1973, is opening Mozaic Concierge Living, a brand-new luxury Life Plan Community in Stamford, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing.

The Marketing Coordinator will join a dynamic team committed to excellence in hospitality and lifestyle while embracing the core values of Mozaic Senior Life: Justice; Caring for the Sick; Compassion and Truth; Respect, Love and Peace; Repairing the World; and Righteous Acts.

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented team member who is excited to help create a premier destination on the East Coast for active seniors.

This position will play an important role in supporting the sales and marketing team and creating an exceptional experience for prospective members from their first introduction to the community through move-in. The Marketing Coordinator supports the ongoing efforts of the sales team in introducing prospective members to the community. This position enables sales team members to meet and exceed sales goals, from presales through move-in.

Hours: Full-time 40 hr. Days

Position may requires being available some weekends and holidays

Minimum Qualifications and Preferences:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

1–3 years of experience in front office management, customer service, and customer relations preferred.

Experience in luxury hospitality, real estate, senior living or retail is appreciated.

Demonstrated interest in continued growth and learning.

Excellent presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Take responsibility for providing superior hospitality to prospective and other guests.
  2. Understand the minimum sales targets throughout the development life cycle while assisting sales team achieve them.
  1. Receive initial inquiries over the phone and internet, entering into CRM.
  2. Make reminder and follow up calls relative to events and other needs.
  3. Ensure the office is fully stocked with supplies, collateral material and other items necessary for the sales function.
  4. Make deposits and handle transactions accurately on the day on which they occur, including cancellations.
  5. Set up and manage prospective member files.
  6. Maintain all sales reports, CRM reports, Engrain, Mailing and Suppression Lists
  7. Maintain Facebook page daily
  8. Manage the response and fulfillment of collateral for all inquiries.
  9. Coordinate and take part in events to promote the opportunity to prospective members and influencers.
  10. Manage the timely processing of the departmental accounts payable against budgeted spend down schedule.
  11. Understand departmental sales goals and actively contribute towards achieving those goals.
  12. Be an active member of the team, participating in strategic discussions, training sessions and other exercises aimed at understanding the customer and competitive market forces.
  13. Self-directed with a high detail orientation and organizational skills including commitment to accuracy.
