Join C&H Industrial as an Industrial Laborer and help operate high-pressure water blasters, industrial vacuum equipment, and other heavy-duty machinery that keeps industrial facilities running safely and efficiently.
No two days are the same, and you'll gain valuable skills while working alongside an experienced crew.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate Heavy-Duty Equipment: Learn to safely operate industrial vacuum trucks, hydro blasting equipment, and other specialized cleaning equipment.
- Stay Active: Perform physical work in industrial environments while lifting, climbing, bending, and moving throughout the day.
- Work Safely: Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures while wearing required PPE.
- Travel to Different Job Sites: Work in a variety of industrial facilities with occasional travel opportunities.
- Be Part of a Team: Work alongside experienced teammates who support one another and help everyone succeed.
- Maintain Equipment: Inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and report maintenance needs.
- Flexible Scheduling: We operate 24/7, so overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel may be required.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
- Warehouse, construction, manufacturing, landscaping, industrial, or general labor experience preferred.
- Forklift or equipment experience is a plus.
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and skills.
- Ability to pass a medical screening and drug test.
- Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.
- Willing to travel and work flexible schedules.
