Job Description:

Thayer Internal Medicine, a well-established and highly respected outpatient practice within MaineGeneral Medical Center, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their exceptional care team. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in the growing city of Waterville, Maine, a community rich with dining, shopping, outdoor recreation, and cultural experiences.

As a provider in this practice, you will:

• A full-time schedule consisting of 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of administrative time each week
• Deliver team-based care in close collaboration with physicians, care managers, and support staff
• Provide a full range of outpatient Internal Medicine services
• Participate in call rotation with other medical staff
• While direct NP/PA clinical experience in primary care is strongly preferred, new graduates with significant related experience are encouraged to apply.
