Senior Transformation Lead

The Senior Overall Program Lead (Senior OPL) is the accountable leader for some of GRS's largest, most complex, and strategically significant transformation programs. We are currently hiring for two critical opportunities: one leading a major transformation within Surety and one leading a strategic enterprise Data initiative. Both roles are central to advancing key business priorities and delivering meaningful, lasting impact across GRS.

 

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with senior business and technology leaders to shape direction, drive enterprise-wide change, and deliver outcomes that advance key business priorities.

 

As the leader responsible for overall program success, the Senior OPL drives alignment across business, technology, operations, data, finance, and enabling teams while navigating complexity, influencing executive decision-making, and ensuring successful delivery at scale. Beyond delivering results, this role plays a pivotal role in advancing Execution Excellence across GRS by elevating governance, strengthening delivery capabilities, and embedding consistent execution practices that enable lasting business impact.

 

 

What You'll Own

 

• Leads one of GRS's largest, most complex, and strategically significant transformation programs, delivering capabilities and outcomes that advance key business priorities.
• Serves as the overall leader accountable for program success, driving alignment, execution, and outcomes across business, technology, operations, data, finance, and enabling teams.
• Translates strategic objectives into an integrated, prioritized roadmap spanning multiple functions, platforms, and workstreams.
• Leads executive governance, guiding investment, prioritization, risk, and tradeoff decisions while enabling transparent and effective decision-making.
• Owns delivery of business outcomes and value realization, ensuring execution remains tightly aligned to strategic objectives and expected benefits.
• Drives organizational change and adoption across broad stakeholder groups, building readiness and sustained business value.
• Establishes the operating model, governance approach, and execution standards required to successfully deliver transformational change at scale.
• Advances execution maturity across the organization by strengthening delivery capabilities, coaching leaders, and raising the bar on program excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8–10+ years of experience leading large, complex transformation programs spanning multiple functions or platforms.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑significant initiatives with high operational, financial, or regulatory impact.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive‑influencing skills; able to drive alignment and executive‑level decision‑making.
• Mastery of governance design, cross‑program dependency management, investment tradeoffs, and navigating multi‑layered stakeholder environments.
• Drives disciplined planning, transparent reporting, high‑quality decision framing, and rigorous RAID practices.
• Recognized as a leader who fosters a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration while challenging teams toward higher execution standards.
• Skilled at building psychologically safe environments where diverse perspectives are valued and converted into stronger outcomes.
• Ability to coach and elevate workstream leads and emerging program leaders; contributes to maturing organizational delivery capability.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
