We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic instructors to lead land-based, aquatic 🌊, and specialty fitness classes like Yoga 🧘, Cycling 🚴, Zumba 💃, PiYo, Cardio Pump, and more. Whether you're a choreography queen, or a boot camp boss, we want to hear from you!

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading fun, effective, and safe group fitness classes that make people want to come back.
• Inspiring and guiding participants of all fitness levels with encouragement, energy, and expert technique.
• Monitoring the class environment to ensure safety and proper form.
• Offering modifications and motivation to help every participant feel successful.
• Collaborating with the Group Exercise Supervisor to improve class offerings, keep schedules fresh, and ensure participants leave feeling better than when they walked in.
• Jumping in to help with emergencies, staff meetings, and all things team-related.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Certification in your area of instruction (PiYo, Zumba, Aquatics, Cycling, etc.)
• Nationally recognized Group Exercise Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field preferred
• CPR/AED certification, or willingness to get certified within 90 days of hire
• 2+ years teaching group fitness preferred — but if you’ve got the passion and people skills, we want to meet you!
• A strong communicator with positive energy and a commitment to safety, integrity, and confidentiality

Schedule:
Flexible hours available! We’re especially looking for instructors to teach Cycling, Aqua, Pilates and Group Fitness classes. Morning, evening, and weekend options available!

PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs. Pay rates and scheduling practices may vary by department.
