Job Description

Antares’ Americas Institutional Business Development team is a critical part of the firm, responsible for driving assets under management (AUM) growth through fundraising and the firm’s relationships with institutional investors.

The Analyst’s primary role is to support senior professionals across the team’s fundraising initiatives, helping to drive AUM growth by supporting business-building activities such as CRM management, meeting preparation and follow-up, and collaboration with partner groups to advance investor due diligence requests.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of capital raising initiatives, such as submitting prospective investor due diligence requests, coordinating road shows, and preparing meeting briefs.
• Monitor planned deployment activity across the institutional investor community and provide updates for weekly team meetings.
• Regularly update and monitor the CRM to ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in virtual pension fund investment committee meetings and review/upload relevant minutes and materials to internal databases.
• Collaborate with Product, IR, and Marketing professionals to support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with partner groups across the organization to obtain and synthesize information from the investment teams, performance, legal, tax, operations, finance, and accounting teams to prepare materials and onboard investment vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related area
• Knowledge of or a strong interest in direct lending, leveraged finance, or alternative credit preferred
• Willingness and ability in the future to pass Series SIE, Series 7 and 66
• 1+ years of experience in investment banking, asset management, alternative investments, or a sales-support capacity preferred

• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to clearly articulate viewpoint verbally and in writing
• Experience working within a CRM database (e.g., Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Outstanding attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background check.
• Must be willing to work from the New York office and travel as necessary.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.

This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).

$85.000 - $110,.000
