In qualità di Operatore addetto alla forgia, la risorsa si occuperà della trasformazione di pezzi metallici tramite ripetuti colpi di magli e di presse per forgiatura, cambiando permanente la struttura del pezzo senza portarlo a rottura. Per formare il pezzo, la risorsa dovrà utilizzare degli stampi specifici forniti dal reparto stampi, che verranno cambiati una volta usurati o quando è necessario il cambio di produzione. L’attività si svolge in una postazione di lavoro predefinita e la risorsa si occuperà del controllo e della conduzione del maglio, a partire dalla sua accensione, arrivo in temperatura, cambio lavoro e spegnimento sotto chiara supervisione del proprio responsabile. Poichè il processo è estremamente pericoloso, alla risorsa viene richiesto il massimo allineamento e la massima attenzione alle procedure della sicurezza. Inoltre, sarà necessario prestare la massima attenzione ai tempi di lavoro così come previsti dai costi standard ed alle caratteristiche del materiale, cercando di ridurre gli sprechi il più possibile e di massimizzare il numero di colpi sullo stampo. Per concludere, la risorsa di occuperà del controllo e della conduzione dell’impianto, del posizionamento dei pezzi grezzi, di un primo controllo qualità sui prodotti finiti e della lavorazione e rifinitura dei metalli.

Hourly Rate: €11.44 - €16.00
