Overview
Allied Wire & Cable, a GCG Company, is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our tight-knit team at our brand new, climate controlled warehouse in Southlake, TX! In this role, you will be responsible for picking and pulling orders, inventory control, shipping, receiving, operating machinery, and assisting with other general warehouse departments as needed.

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: $20/hr + full benefits
Location: 1100 South Kimball Ave Southlake, TX 76092

What You'll Do
- Pick and pull orders using forklifts and RF scanners
- Pack and ship out orders, performing quality control to ensure orders are accurate
- Receive in material and do put away
- Complete paperwork, log inventory, and print picking tickets using Oracle and Rubicon
- Operate hand-held scan gun and computers to log inventory
- Daily set-up and operation of wire cutting & spooling machine, ensuring machine runs smoothly
- Organize, relocate, and perform quality control on inventory
- Assist with additional duties as needed
What You'll Bring
- Warehouse experience required
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to learn
- Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50lbs
