Position Overview

Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, Couplings & Gearing, the Senior Manager, Human Resources serves as the lead HR business partner for U.S. manufacturing operations across seven sites supporting approximately 500 associates. As a member of the Operations leadership team, this role provides strategic HR leadership that enables business growth, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability.

As a trusted advisor to Operations leadership, this role influences key business decisions and helps shape the future workforce across a multi-site manufacturing organization. This position offers significant visibility and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on organizational performance, leadership capability, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead HR business partner for U.S. manufacturing operations, aligning talent and organization strategies with business priorities. 
• Partner with Operations leadership to develop workforce, talent, and succession strategies that build organizational capability and support business growth. 
• Provide functional leadership, coaching, and development to site HR Managers, strengthening HR capability and consistency across our sites. 
• Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, associate development, and organizational change. 
• Lead organizational design, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives that improve business performance. 
• Guide complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR practices. 
• Leverage workforce analytics and business insights to drive decision-making, measure organizational health, and advance Regal Rexnord's culture and continuous improvement mindset. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. 
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. 
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-site manufacturing operations and partnering with senior Operations leaders. 
• Strong business acumen and broad expertise in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, employee relations, and change leadership. 
• Proven ability to lead transformation, influence in a matrixed organization, and translate business priorities into measurable talent and organization outcomes. 
• Executive presence, sound judgment, and strong coaching, analytical, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. 
• Experience developing and leading HR Managers in a decentralized, multi-site manufacturing environment. 
• Experience supporting labor relations.
