Job Overview:
LPL's Early Career team is seeking a dedicated Recruiter who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent from leading universities. This role involves managing campus relationship, performing all recruitment duties, planning and executing events, assisting with our 10-week internship program, and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Campus Recruitment: Manage the entire campus recruitment process, from initial outreach and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and the organization.
Strategic Sourcing for Campus Talent: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top campus talent through direct outreach, networking events, referrals, and digital platforms such as LinkedIn and university career fairs.
Talent Advisory & Consultation for Campus Hiring: Partner with hiring managers and campus relations teams to understand specific business needs, provide market insights on campus talent, and develop hiring strategies that align with LPL Financials’ goals and values.
Candidate & Client Experience in Campus Recruitment: Ensure a seamless and high-touch recruitment experience for campus candidates and internal stakeholders, fostering a positive and engaging interaction throughout the hiring process.
Diversity & Inclusion in Campus Hiring: Proactively build diverse talent pipelines by engaging with a wide range of student organizations and implementing inclusive hiring best practices to ensure a diverse and inclusive campus recruitment process.
Recruitment Analytics for Campus Programs: Track and analyze key hiring metrics specific to campus recruitment to optimize the effectiveness of our campus programs and report on progress to leadership, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in university recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
Core Competencies:
Strong organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Preferences:
Proven ability to develop and execute successful campus recruitment strategies
Previous experience managing internship programs in a heavily matrixed organization
Experience with recruitment systems such as Handshake and LinkedIn
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday)
Pay Range:
