We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-focused Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Recruiting teams. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between Recruiting Consultants, healthcare providers, client contacts, and internal partners throughout the assignment process.
You will help manage the daily operational needs of a fast paced sales team, coordinate important provider and client documentation, maintain reporting, and ensure timely communication across teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and motivated by helping both internal and external partners have a positive experience.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Recruiting Consultants, healthcare providers, client contacts, and internal teams to support providers with current or upcoming assignments.
Provide ongoing internal and external communication throughout the privileging, booking, and assignment process.
Develop a strong understanding of provider and client needs while supporting the daily operations of assigned Recruiting Consultants and accounts.
Assist the Accounting team in resolving provider pay and client invoice questions, including service records, bonuses, prorates, overtime, and travel-related items.
Coordinate confirmation, service record, and expense report support with the Service Coordinator team.
Update, maintain, and distribute sales division reports, daily lead activity reports, and monthly client reports.
Manage daily activity distribution, service record reminders, and team announcements through email and internal communication platforms.
Coordinate the distribution and collection of provider documentation, including certificates of insurance, licensing letters of intent, and 1099 forms.
Support recruiting efforts by adding new healthcare providers to the database.
Coordinate provider and client gifts in support of the Moments That Matter initiative.
Provide out-of-office email coverage for Recruiting Consultants.
Serve as an administrative point of contact for division needs, including scheduling meetings and coordinating team lunches.
Partner across CORE divisions to support client and internal initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
At least one year of experience in a support, administrative, coordination, or related role preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with teammates, healthcare providers, and clients.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with close attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, creative-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Project coordination or project management skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to assist, direct, and coordinate effectively with others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong Excel skills
