Assembly Process Quality Engineer

We are currently seeking a Process Quality Engineer to join our Quality Team. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the development of world-class products that deliver both safety and performance. 

Your core responsibilities include: 

• Drive assembly process quality strategy and continuous improvement programs to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. 

• Manage quality risk assessment, defect prevention, and process control activities across assembly operations. 

• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and customer expectations. 

Profile and Qualifications: 

• English 

• French or German is asset. 

• Engineering Bachelor degree 

• Min 3 years Quality Experience 

• APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis (8D/5 Why), Process Audits (VDA6.3), GD&T, Lean Six Sigma, IATF 16949, Quality Risk Management, Statistical Analysis, and Assembly Process Validation. 

• Leadership, Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, Effective Communication, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Decision Making, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Coaching & Mentoring, Adaptability, and Customer Focus.
