What you will do:
You will shape how our enterprise network and network-security platforms are designed and secured by creating security standards and hardening guides, producing high-level security designs, and reviewing designs and changes to ensure alignment with approved architecture and security requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and govern network security standards, baselines, and hardening guides.
- Develop high-level security designs and reference architectures across core network and network-security domains.
- Perform design/architecture reviews and provide actionable guidance to engineering teams.
- Partner with network engineering, automation, and operations teams to drive consistent, secure implementations.
- Help improve security posture across switching/routing, wireless, firewalls, DDoS protections, network visibility, data center connectivity, cloud connectivity, and branch networking.
What you bring
- Experience in network security engineering and/or security architecture in an enterprise environment.
- Strong networking fundamentals (routing, switching, TCP/IP) and practical application of security controls at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, usable technical documentation (standards, hardening, design guidance).
- Strong collaboration skills across global teams; ability to influence outcomes as an individual contributor.
