What You Will Do:
Minimum of 5 years of project, job cost or construction accounting experience, including time in a senior role
Hands-on job costing, progress billings and standard labour costing in the U.S. and Canada
Working knowledge of multi-entity and intercompany accounting, U.S. sales and use tax, and Canadian GST/PST
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and WIP reporting
Acumatica experience is an asset; CPA designation or working toward is an asset
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups and macros)
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
A positive, self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to cope with change in a fast-paced environment
What You Will Bring:
Minimum of 2 years of project accounting experience
Excellent communication skills
Advanced problem solving skills
Advanced excel skills is beneficial (Pivot tables & macros)
Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high quality of work
Self-starter and the ability to work cooperatively and independently
Ability to learn quick and be able to understand multiple conversion rates as well as adapt to industry knowledge
Salary Range:
$85,000 - $95,000 Per Year
