Internship - Engineering Documentation Support 1SAP

The student will support OSAT Technical Documents integration to oneSAP systems & methodology (oneSAP Cypress legacy). Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Document Preparation & Validation: Prepare and validate creation of Marking Instructions, Assy specs, bonding diagrams, and packing info. Technical Document Release: Release Technical Documents (TD) to subcontractors via TDOC and manage the approval workflow. Compliance Auditing: Conduct random sampling and formal audits of TDs for compliance with internal and customer standards. Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis: Resolve TD discrepancies arising from internal reviews or subcontractor feedback, including root cause analysis. Process Automation & Enhancement: Drive TD systems automation by identifying workflow bottlenecks and collaborating with IT on tool enhancements. Standardization & Version Control: Standardize TD templates and manage version control/archival to ensure data integrity. Stakeholder Alignment: Lead technical alignment sessions with subcontractors to clarify complex specifications.   Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs regarding document accuracy, release cycle time, and error rates to drive continuous improvement. Internship Learning Outcomes: Workflow & Systems Understanding: Understand IFX TD workflow & systems.   Cross-Department Exposure: Gain exposure to different department collaborations related to TD. Proactive Documentation Management: Learn proactive identification and prevention of documentation failures. Analytics-Driven Optimization: Use analytics to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. Automation Adoption Leadership: Gain experience leading the adoption of new systems and automation tools. Subcontractor Relationship Management: Transform subcontractor relationships from transactional to collaborative.   Documentation Ecosystem Building: Build a self-sustaining ecosystem of documentation expertise within the team. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Educational Background: On-going Bachelor Engineering major in EE or EEE / Computer Science / Data Analytics / Material / Mechanical.   Technical Skills: Knowledge in data analytics & computer softwares.   Personal Attributes: Outspoken & with strong team spirit mindset.   Digital Literacy: Computer literate.
