What You'll Do:
As a Trailer Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of commercial trailers, including:
- Preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Brake repairs and air system diagnostics.
- Axle and suspension repairs.
- Wheel-end repairs.
- Welding and fabrication.
- Trailer body repairs and structural repairs.
- Door repairs and replacements.
- Roof, wall, and floor repairs.
- Container repairs and modifications.
- Reefer repairs (experience preferred but not required).
What We're Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous trailer repair experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with Service Managers and team members.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
- Ability to provide your own tools and toolbox.
- Valid driver's license required.
