The Ecommerce Operations team at SamsClub.com drives operational excellence by managing item readiness, system stability, and fulfillment processes. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, merchandising, and supply chain partners, the team transforms complex requirements into streamlined, member-focused solutions. Through strong governance, automation, and continuous improvement, they enhance site speed and reliability while maintaining high-quality standards across fulfillment models. Committed to removing friction from the digital shopping journey, the team supports growth and ensures members can confidently find, purchase, and receive trusted products with ease every day.
What you'll do:

• Direct and manage project work streams, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation of operational initiatives.
• Analyze data to provide insights, influence business trends, and recommend strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance business efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive execution, remove obstacles, and meet performance standards.
• Oversee budget management, approve expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and accountable work environment.
• Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and operational standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
