KS1051 - Senior Developmental Nanny/Educator - Palo Alto, CA

Overview

A family of soon-to-be four living in Palo Alto is seeking to put together a childcare team for their family.  They are seeking a live-out senior lead developmental nanny/educator to focus on their 18-month-old son and ensure he stays ahead of his milestones.  The second child is due in November, and they will be adding on a career nanny and NCS for six months.  (Both of these roles are listed separately as KS1052 and KS1053; if interested, please apply!). This position is ready to hire immediately.  The candidates would prefer to find someone already local or within a commutable distance to the Palo Alto area.

Responsibilities

Senior developmental nanny is responsible for:

• Developmental milestones.
• Curriculum.
• Preschool preparation.
• Long-term hire (ideally many years)
• Live-out Role
• The schedule will be 50+ hours per week, daytime schedule
• There is minimal travel

Requirements

• Must be legal to work in the US
• Prior nanny experience with infants and toddlers
• Prior governess or educator experience is required
• Available to start as soon as possible
• CPR certification is required
• Prior UHNW home experience required
• Must already be living locally or a commutable distance to Palo Alto
