Job Description
As a Global Fulfillment COE Specialist, you will lead transformational change across a global network of fulfillment centers by driving standardization, operational excellence, and strategic project execution. You will partner with cross-functional teams across operations, Customer Care, Planning, Quality, IT, Analytics, and third-party logistics providers to improve fulfillment performance, scalability, and value realization. You will report to the Global Fulfillment Center of Excellence Manager and have a hybrid work schedule.
Your Responsibilities:
- Improve consistency and efficiency across global fulfillment centers by developing standards, procedures, best practices, training programs, and audit routines that ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Manage two to three major transformation projects concurrently, including scope definition, milestone planning, resource alignment, risk management, communication, implementation, and project closure.
- Lead project intake, prioritization, and governance activities by maintaining visibility to scope, status, risks, dependencies, decision rights, and escalations across multiple initiatives.
- Define and measure value realization across cost, service, productivity, and throughput metrics, partnering with analysts to validate and report project outcomes.
- Coordinate with operations, Customer Care, Planning, Quality, IT, Analytics, and third-party logistics partners to drive alignment, remove roadblocks, and deliver leadership-ready recommendations.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- The ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or fulfillment operations.
- At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional projects or programs with responsibility for scope, schedule, and benefit realization.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent initiatives within a matrixed environment where project resources do not directly report to the project leader.
- Experience with warehouse systems and automation programs including warehouse management systems (WMS), dimensioning and weight capture, robotics, palletizing, network design, or transportation optimization.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Experience utilizing project execution tools including initiative charters, milestone reviews, issue tracking, dependency management, and change control.
- Fluency with SAP transactional data and Power BI reporting.
- Experience working across North America, EMEA, and AP fulfillment operations.
