What You'll Do
As a Mental Health Associate, you'll help keep the treatment environment safe, structured, and therapeutic by:
- Supporting and monitoring clients throughout the treatment day
- Assisting with group and psychoeducational sessions
- Supervising breaks, activities, transportation, and other program activities
- Supporting the team during behavioral health or crisis situations
- Assisting with urine screenings and related documentation
- Completing routine documentation, chart reviews, and clerical tasks
- Communicating client concerns and observations to the treatment team
- Building professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries
- Using trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches
- Participating in team meetings, training, quality improvement, and continuing education
- Providing transportation support when assigned
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to drive a company van
